BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.   Payment in full must be made at the time of booking to secure your place on the workshop.

2.   There will be no refunds for cancellations.

3.   If you cannot make the workshop and can tell us within 2 weeks of the workshop date we will endeavour to sell your place but if we cannot sell your place no refund or transfer will be made.  If we are able to sell your place we will give you the refund or transfer.

4.   Swan reserves the right to cancel workshops and may occasionally have to do so.  If a workshop has to be cancelled you will either receive a full refund or be transferred onto the next available workshop.

DISCLAIMER

1.   Swan do not accept responsibility for any injuries that happen during the workshop.

2.   No electrical equipment may be brought onto the premises without prior agreement.

3.   Children are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
